Shipping & Returns


Lucia Store offers FREE Standard Shipping on purchases $89 and over.

All other orders will incur a $9.95 shipping fee.

Express shipping is available for $15.95

Orders made after midday on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time based on COVID-19 environment

Melbourne Metro + Regional = 2 - 8 days (standard) / 1-2 days (Express)
All other states = 3 - 12 days (standard)

International Shipping

At this stage we do not offer International shipping from the Lucia Store.


There are no refunds or exchanges unless the product has been damaged in transit.

If the parcel arrives and shows signs of damage, please take photos (date & time stamped) of the parcel before opening.

Open the parcel and check if the products have been compromised and take additional photos.

Please contact us immediately so we can contact the shipping company and have your purchase replaced.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so please have your order number handy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
